This policy explains how we handle your information in the Set Hunter iPhone app and on this website. Set Hunter is operated by Set Hunter Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17399377, registered office Roman Place, Leicester, LE7 2NR).
1. Information we collect
- Account details — if you create an account, your email address and authentication details, so your collection can back up and sync.
- Collection data — the sets, cards, variants, duplicates and notes you add. If you use the app without an account, this stays on your device.
- Waitlist email address — if you submit the waitlist form on this site, so we can tell you when the app launches.
- Support correspondence — anything you send us by email, so we can reply.
- Scan images — photos taken for card recognition are processed to identify the card and are not used to build a profile of you.
This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or third-party trackers.
2. How we use information
- To run the app: tracking, scanning, syncing and backing up your collection.
- To show market values in your chosen currency.
- To notify you when Set Hunter is available and about important service changes.
- To answer support requests and diagnose problems you report.
3. Processors we use
We use a small number of specialist providers to run Set Hunter. Each handles your information only on our instructions.

International transfers
Some of these providers are outside the UK. Where information is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or standard contractual clauses, which contractually require the same standard of protection UK law gives you.
Our lawful basis

4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with the processors above, to the extent needed to run the service, or where the law requires it.
5. Deleting your account
Email info@sethunterapp.com from the address on your account and we will delete your account and collection data within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and the data cannot be recovered. In-app deletion is coming in a future update.
To remove a waitlist signup, email the same address and we will delete it within 30 days.
6. Retention
Account and collection data is kept until you delete your account. Waitlist emails are kept until launch or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Support correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful for support.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the information we hold about you, and object to or restrict certain processing. Email info@sethunterapp.com and we will act on your request. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
8. Children
Set Hunter is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, tell account holders by email.
