Delete your Set Hunter account

In the app (quickest)

1. Open Set Hunter and tap Profile.
2. Tap the cog to open Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email info@sethunterapp.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete your account and confirm by email within 30 days, usually much sooner. If the request comes from a different address, we'll ask you to confirm it from the one on the account.

Before you delete: cancel Pro

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Pro subscription, because Google Play or the App Store bills it. Cancel it first:

• Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Set Hunter
• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Set Hunter

What we delete

• Your account: your email address and password
• Your card collection saved in the cloud
• Your scan counts and scan history
• Any messages you sent us with "Tell the team"
• Your free-trial record and your choice of free sets

Card photos you scan are never stored, so there is nothing to delete.

What is kept

• Subscription purchase records stay with Google Play, the App Store and our payments provider RevenueCat for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports, which aren't linked to your account, are deleted automatically: statistics within 14 months, crash reports within 90 days.
• Your display name, profile picture and wish list are only ever stored on your phone. Uninstalling Set Hunter removes them.

Deleting some data, not your whole account

You can remove cards from your collection in the app at any time, and they're removed from the cloud too. To have anything else deleted, email info@sethunterapp.com.
